Rocky Road Pizza
Makes 16 servings
- 6 cups MALT-O-MEAL® Honey Graham Squares® cereal, crushed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
- ¾ cup caramel or fudge ice cream topping
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine crushed cereal, sugar, and butter.
- Reserve ½ cup crust mixture; set aside. Press remaining crust mixture evenly onto a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes are until lightly browned.
- Spread ice cream topping evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Crumble remaining crust mixture on top.
- Continue baking for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cover; refrigerate at least one hour or until firm. Cut into wedges.
