HOW DO I ACCESS RSS?

RSS/News Aggregators
RSS/News Aggregators (also called Readers) will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial News Aggregators are available for download. Many aggregators are separate, “stand-alone” programs; other services will let you add RSS feeds to a Web page.

Weblogs:
Another way many people use RSS feeds is by incorporating content into weblogs, or “blogs”. Blogs are web pages comprised of usually short, frequently updated items and web links. Blogging as a publishing tool is used for many purposes: traditional journalism, personal journals, group discussions around a topic, and many combinations in-between.

TERMS OF USE

RSS (really simple syndication) service is a means by which Malt-O-Meal.com offers feeds of story headlines, news and other content in XML format (”RSS Content”) to visitors to Malt-O-Meal.com who use RSS aggregators. These Terms of Use may be changed by Malt-O-Meal® at any time without notice.

Use of RSS Feeds:
RSS is a free service offered by Malt-O-Meal. Malt-O-Meal grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the RSS feeds solely for non-commercial purposes. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by Malt-O-Meal®, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by Malt-O-Meal®.

Link to Content Pages:
The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the Malt-O-Meal® Site. You may not display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable Malt-O-Meal® Site web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable Malt-O-Meal® Site web page.

Ownership/Attribution:
Malt-O-Meal® retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all Malt-O-Meal® logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must provide attribution to the appropriate Malt-O-Meal® website in connection with your use of the RSS feeds.

Reservation of Rights:
Malt-O-Meal shall retain all rights, including intellectual property rights or otherwise, to the RSS Content that is not expressly granted to you under this agreement.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:
Malt-O-Meal® reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. Malt-O-Meal® assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website.
