Malt-O-Meal Blueberry Streusel Cake by Dorothy Guzman, North Jackson, OH

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Grease bottom of tube pan. In a large bowl mix all ingredients for 5 minutes, except blueberries.
Streusel mixture:
- ½ cup Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toasters crushed
- 1 cup nuts chopped
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toaster Cereal, nuts, sugar and cinnamon together put 1/3 mixture into bottom of tube pan. Add ½ cake batter then another 1/3 of streusel mixture, ½ cup blueberries, remaining cake batter, finish top with remaining streusel mixture.
- Bake 350°, 50-60 minutes
