Malt-O-Meal Blueberry Streusel Cake by Dorothy Guzman, North Jackson, OH

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  1. Grease bottom of tube pan. In a large bowl mix all ingredients for 5 minutes, except blueberries.

Streusel mixture:

  • ½ cup Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toasters crushed
  • 1 cup nuts chopped
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  1. Mix Malt-O-Meal Cinnamon Toaster Cereal, nuts, sugar and cinnamon together put 1/3 mixture into bottom of tube pan. Add ½ cake batter then another 1/3 of streusel mixture, ½ cup blueberries, remaining cake batter, finish top with remaining streusel mixture.
  2. Bake 350°, 50-60 minutes
