Once you submit your resume, you have successfully entered into the application phase. During this phase Malt-O-Meal Recruiters will review and assess your credentials, experience and background. If we find that your background meets our needs, you may be contacted for a preliminary interview with a member of the Malt-O-Meal Team. Based on your performance during this preliminary meeting, you may be selected for face to face interviews with the Hiring Team.

Our Assessments vary from online assessments that you can take from your home computer or wherever you have Internet access to Assessments that may require you to visit our external testing partner.
Once you are invited for a face to face interview we provide you with an opportunity to showcase your qualifications. To do this we employ a wide range of interviewing methods including behavioral interviews and work simulations. The type, number of interviews and interviewers, length, and complexity of questions will vary depending on the specific position for which you are being considered. Your potential colleagues may be among those who will be conducting your interviews.
Our interviews give you the opportunity to share detailed information about how you have performed in previous work-related situations. We’ll ask you to share with us examples or specific situations that you’ve encountered and dealt with in the past. In addition, we’ll ask you about your interests and give you an opportunity to inquire about our organization and career opportunities.
